This flat can be booked as a holiday flat (for a few nights) or as a temporary flat (for 1 - 12 months).

  • This holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
  • Whether you want to go on holiday, visit our area for a weekend or a night.
  • We also welcome fitters. However, as we only have 2 single beds and a sofa bed, the number of people is limited to a maximum of 3!!!
  • Smoking is not allowed in the whole house (and therefore also in the holiday flat)!!! If you smoke anyway (also at the open window or in the winter garden) you have to pay a fine of 100 €!

Temporary flat, what is this?

  

A fully furnished flat for a temporary period of one to twelve months.

 

The flat is equipped with all the basics for a functional everyday life so that you can move in lightly and feel at home straight away.

 

A flat-rate rent is charged which, in addition to the rent, includes a furnishing surcharge and all operating costs including electricity, heating and Wi-Fi.

 

 

Who is a temporary flat suitable for?

 

  • People who work in our area for a certain period of time.
  • People whose flat needs to be renovated or who have separated from their partner.
  • People who need to care for or look after someone in our neighbourhood for a while.
  • People doing an internship, apprenticeship or traineeship.

Not allowed are:

 

  1. Smoking is prohibited in the entire house (also in the conservatory)!
  2. Pets are not allowed

Facilities

  • The flat is on the 1st floor of our house in Kirchlengern.
  • It has 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom (i.e. 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room, kitchen and bathroom).
  • We have a fully equipped kitchen plus kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave.
  • Bathroom is with shower.
  • Besides two single beds there is a sofa bed (with mattress; 1,60m x 1,90m) for 2 persons.
  • The balcony has been turned into a small winter garden.
  • There is a laptop workstation in the dining room.
  • Wi-Fi is available and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room.
  • A car park on our property is also included.
  • You can also use a small seating area behind the house.
